Terms & Condition

 Quotation Terms:

1.      Our offer is normally “ex-warehouse” Hong Kong price. 

2.      The product price is quoted as per quantity basis, the unit price may vary if there is any amendment of order quantity. A new quotation may be issued if necessary.

3.      For ex-stock item, it is subject to the “first come, first serve” basis. 

4.    For non-exstock item, the lead time is stated in quotation form. Please confirm the actual delivery time with us after placing the order.

 Order Terms:

1.      The order will be confirmed after receipt of official purchase order and/or deposit. No change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed. All the prior payment for the order is not refunded.

 Payment Terms:

1.      For ex-stock item, the normal payment term is C.O.D. 

2.      For Credit Application, please download and fill in the Credit Application Form and submit to our email for review.  

3.      For standard item, 50% deposit in advance and the balance will be settled upon receipt of the goods.

4.      For non-standard item or small order amount, 50%~100% deposit in advance and the balance will be settled upon receipt of the goods.

 Delivery Service:

1.      No partial delivery service is provided, unless otherwise stated or extra delivery charges may occur.

2.      Goods can be picked up by the client at our warehouse in Hong Kong.

3.      If the order amount is over HK$10,000.00, the seller can provide free delivery service within Hong Kong.

4.      If the order amount is less than HK$10,000.00, we may charge of HK$200.00~300.00 for each delivery, depending on order amount and delivery distance.

5.      Our delivery scope covers industrial or commercial building, including domestic building, construction site, logistics warehouse, container terminal, airport cargo terminal, outlying islands, remote or restricted district etc.

6.      Any service charge incurred by the delivery destination, if any, will charge to the purchaser accordingly.
