Position: Sales Manager

Main duties:

l   Developing business plan and sales target that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls

l   Developing and training your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education to achieve goals

l   Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

l   Promoting the organization and products

Requirements:

l   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

l   Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

l   Experience in customer relationship management.

l   Experience managing and directing a sales team.

l   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, Cantonese and English.

l   Dedication to providing great customer service.

l   Ability to lead a sales team.

Position: Sales Admin

Main duties:

l   Issuing quotation and follow-up with client

l   Receiving and processing purchase orders

l   Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

l   Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details

l   Issuing sales transaction invoices

l   Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

l   Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements:

l   An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration

l   Previous experience in sales administration,

l   Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

l   Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

l   Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

l   Proficiency with MS Office.

l   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
